The following states are now in our doghouse: Michigan, Alabama, Florida, Idaho, Louisiana, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas and Virginia.
Why?
Because all joined in solidarity this weekend to file a “friend of the court” legal brief in support of Arizona’s immigration law, arguing that the federal judge who blocked key provisions in that unseemly thing called SB 1070 was wrong to do so.
We’re so miffed at these states that we’re even considering eschewing vacations for the time being to our beloved Myrtle Beach and Austin and Tampa.
