This, ladies and gents, we guarantee you, won’t be another hopelessly-dull law firm blog.

Anything but.

We at The Law Offices of Spar & Bernstein promise—cross our hearts—never to bore you with endless babble about minor changes in the law or make your head explode with in-depth analysis of so-and-so versus so-and-so.

Nor will we assault your eyeballs with block upon block of nothing but solid, blinding text.

Nor will we—God forbid—post just once every full moon.

Instead, what we plan to do in this Spar & Bernstein’s Law Link space will be something different, cutting edge, and totally cool, if not occasionally dangling on the outer tip of edginess.

What we’ll give you is the most important, interesting, and bizarre legal news of the day—some of it the second it breaks—as well as produce a steady stream of smart, lawyerly, highly opinionated posts all our own.

We’ll also dig around to find you the most compelling videos, links, websites, and other assorted goodies (such as famously inspiring quotations and celebrations of our heroes); answer reader questions (we LOVE being interactive); feature in-depth interviews with fascinating people; and regularly invite esteemed guest bloggers to share their expertise.

But, most of all, like no other company in our field, we’ll offer you a behind-the-scenes look inside our firm (and the exceedingly interesting people who inhabit it), instantly revealing our sizeable heart and soul—a truly passionate, caring place.

We care deeply about such things as the inalienable rights set forth in the Declaration of Independence of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness; we care about social justice and human rights; and with our focus tilted toward immigration law, we especially care about getting through sensible immigration reform and, at long last, the passing of the Dream Act.

But please, don’t expect us to be serious all the time. We won’t be. We refuse to be a bunch of stiff shirts around here. We’ll loosen our collars, untie our ties, and have a good laugh sometimes. We won’t be the least bit afraid to post jokes as well as amusing cartoons and videos, or let you know our favorite movies and TV shows.

Bottom-line, we will do our best to inform, help, and entertain you and in the quickest, leanest way possible—our strict edict being maximum benefit, maximum enjoyment in minimum time.

It should be a blast for us, a great challenge, a wonderful adventure.
